YBF not only likes to encourage activism – we like to reward it as well.
We know there are many reasons why you campaign – to highlight an issue of importance, to promote our shared ideas and values, or ultimately to play your part in removing this authoritarian and tired government.
Well, now there’s another good reason: to claim a seat on The YBF Grand Committee.
The YBF Grand Committee is a programme designed to reward campus activism. It is closely modelled on the Club 100 scheme run by our sister organisation in the United States, the Young America’s Foundation. In each academic year (ending on 30 June), students will be encouraged to attain 1,000 points – a grand – with those students attaining the highest scores being publicly honoured and even financially rewarded each summer.
